Meet the Founder
BrightPath Workforce Solutions was founded by Sherman, a Houston-based small business executive and workforce strategist with a practical understanding of what it takes to keep people, payroll, and operations moving.
Sherman grew up in small businesses and has spent the last 15 years of his career working inside them. Many of his family members are business owners, so he understands firsthand how small businesses operate and what it actually takes to keep things moving day to day. He grew up seeing how much small businesses depend on two things: dependable people and paying those people correctly and on time. When either one is off, it can affect the entire business quickly.
Growing up in family businesses also shaped the way Sherman believes work should be handled. He saw the value of trust, dependability, communication, and people taking pride in what they do. That same approach guides how we work at BrightPath: helping employers fill staffing gaps with dependable workers while connecting workers with opportunities to earn, build stability, and move forward.
Sherman holds a BBA in Management and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Human Resource Management. His education, combined with years of hands-on business and workforce experience, gives BrightPath a practical understanding of the challenges and growing pains that come with managing people, payroll, and daily operations.
