Temporary Staffing
Add hourly workers for call-outs, busy periods, special projects, increased volume, and other short-term staffing needs.
Temp-to-Hire
Evaluate a worker’s attendance, performance, and fit during the assignment before deciding whether to hire them directly.
Backup Staffing Support
Use BrightPath as an additional staffing resource when your regular hiring process or current staffing provider cannot fully cover the need.
Straightforward Staffing
Standard warehouse and general labor staffing rates typically start around $29.50 per worker hour.
Final rates depend on the position, shift, location, employee pay rate, screening requirements, expected hours, assignment length, and other assignment details. All rates are confirmed in writing before workers are assigned.

How It Works

1
Tell Us What You Need
Share the type of work, number of workers needed, shift, location, start date, expected hours, assignment length, and any special requirements.
2
We Confirm the Details
BrightPath reviews the request, confirms the hourly bill rate and screening requirements, and provides the staffing agreement and assignment details for approval.
3
We Recruit and Assign Workers
BrightPath recruits, screens, and onboards workers for the assignment.
Once qualified workers confirm availability, they receive the worksite information and report as scheduled.
Who Handles What?
BrightPath recruits and employs the workers assigned to your company. We handle recruiting, screening, hiring, onboarding, payroll, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and ongoing staffing support.
Your company provides the worksite, schedule, daily job duties, supervision, worksite-specific training and safety instructions, and approval of hours worked.
Each week, you or your designated time approver reviews and approves the workers’ hours. BrightPath then invoices your company at the agreed bill rate. Payment is due within 14 or 30 days of the invoice date, depending on the payment terms approved for your account. BrightPath pays the workers directly.
If an assigned worker is not the right fit, your company is not responsible for finding a replacement. BrightPath will manage the replacement process and work to provide another qualified worker as quickly as possible. Your company is billed for the hours actually worked, with no separate fee for coordinating the replacement.
How Long Does It Take?
For standard warehouse and general labor requests, BrightPath typically targets a worker start within 2–5 business days after the assignment details, pricing, screening requirements, and agreements are confirmed.
Timing depends on the role, shift, location, number of workers needed, screening requirements, and current worker availability. After reviewing your request, we will provide a realistic estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the recruiting process.
Need workers sooner? Call BrightPath at (832) 549-5888. Once we know the role, shift, number of workers, and assignment requirements, we will confirm availability and provide the earliest realistic start date.
